Denver, CO – The Colorado State Senate and House both convene at 9:00 A.M.
The House Transportation & Local Government and Senate Local Government committees will hear a presentation from the JBC at 8:00 A.M.
At 12:00 P.M the Joint Judiciary Committee meets to discuss prison population projections.
