Just before midnight last night, the House Judiciary Committee voted to move forward with Red Flag gun confiscation.
Last time sweeping gun control passed in Colorado (2013), successful recall elections occurred leading to the downfall of two Democratic State Senators.
Voters in Colorado are making even more noise about recalls this year, and it’s possible we will see announcements before the legislative session ends.
Gun confiscation will be on the floor for a vote in the House next.
Get started on those recalls now. I believe there is one state legislator who rudely refused to accept pro-gun petitions. Start with her!

I am thinking that ALL the “Gun Grabbers” should be gone. Any dent in them, with recalls, may send a message to the rest of them.

You know, I’d called to voice my opposition to gun control measures to anti-gunner Daniel Kagan (you know, the perv that kept using the wrong bathroom) – and at least he was polite enough to listen. Noob Cutter still hasn’t figured out what ‘Representative’ means.
Start the Recall. I am in. I do wonder however when are the Courts going to get involved in this Un Constitutional law making.
This is a bad bill! It goes against the 2nd Amendment (right to bare arms),
5th and 14th Amendment (right to due process), and the 4th Amendment ( Search and Seizure)!
These legislators took an oath to uphold the US and State Constitution s and are acting illegally by ignoring the Constitutions!

I’ll sign any petition to remove unconstitutional delinquents from office! The CONSTITUTION RULES ! We the people rule the public servants not the other way around! Mental illness and drug use is encouraged by officials for profit but totally neglected the consequences by these ills that law abiding citizens have to pay for in many ways besides TAXES!

In regards to any attempt to disarm Americans, Weather it be through unconstitutional laws, backroom deals, strong arm tactics or U.N. treaties, We the People will not obey!!!
Our founders warned us about you, and wrote the Second Amendment with you in mind.

This so called law is definitely in violation of our 2nd amendment Constitutional rights as Americans. All who inforce this said law that violates our 2nd amendment Constitutional rights their for becomes a criminal and can be arrested by citizens arrest or if said criminal trys to pull his gun to inforce thus red flag law can be shot dead wear the stand in defense for infringement on our American Constitutional 2nd amendment rights!!!!
