Michael Bennet Apparently Hasn’t Dropped Out, Yet

Senator Michael Bennet apparently has not dropped out of the 2020 Democratic Presidential primary, yet.

As we predicted with Hickenlooper, Bennet’s presidential aspirations will likely end at 10 pm tonight. The boring Senator ran a boring campaign – simple as that.

Like Hick, Bennet is desperately “appealing” to a moderate voter block that no longer makes up the Democratic platform. We expect to see more of these appeals in the debate (beginning at 8 pm tonight), and we fully expect it to fall on deaf ears, again.

Now, we would hardly define Bennet as a moderate. He voted against a ban on abortion after 20 weeks. He wants to give your tax dollars to corporations for all sorts of reasons, including a switch to renewable energy (increasing costs for ratepayers). On top of all that, he is horrible on gun rights.

Considering those, and other awful policies, we found this snippet from Bennet in a Colorado Sun article rather amusing:

“And governing,” he continued, “is going to mean that it’s not just about substituting one party’s version of one-party rule for another party’s version of one-party rule.”

“That’s not going to be an easy case to make in a Democratic primary, but it is what I believe,” Bennet added. “And people are going to have to make their assessment.”

Ironic, considering the state of Colorado politics. Either way, fringe Democratic primary voters are going to continue attempts to push their socialist agenda, and it will not work out for Bennet.

Debate Lineup: Night Two

Michael “Ambien” Bennet will appear on stage from left to right with these other 2020 presidential hopefuls:

Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro of Texas, Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey, ex-Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Kamala Harris of California, venture capitalist Andrew Yang, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and New York Mayor Bill de Blasio.

So, if you can stomach listening to another round of socialist policies, go check out the debate.

If you are not willing to subject yourself to CNN’s comedic debate, we doubt it will be hard to find something better on television.
