Denver, CO – Governor Jared Polis recently admitted in a press conference that he has access to location data from cell phones and is using it to track the movement of citizens.

  1. Since most congregations are State non-profits, which are corporations, Polis can do to them under statutory control as he sees fit. Most congregations do that to interface with the banking system. It’s time to get back to Acts chapters 2-4 on what the church truly is (people within the building and not the building itself) and work on not being party to the system, unless truly necessary.
    BTW: The term “Churches” appears twice in 26 USC: 26 USC 508c1A (exclusion to the 501c3 control) and 26 USC 6033 (exception to the 501c3 yearly reporting requirements). Happy reading.
