United States – The National Education Association (NEA), the largest teacher’s union in the country, not only endorsed abortion but they took a swipe at the President.
These are the people teaching our kids. Their job is to educate, give the facts, and let our kids figure it out (with our parental influence as well). Instead, we often see liberal indoctrination.
Does it happen here on the local level? We’re glad you asked, because yes it does – even in a deep-red republican area like Douglas County. The Douglas County School District Superintendent recently faced backlash for his anti-gun, anti-student safety stance.
We also wrote about a teacher who went after the President and used the “H” word. She was a member of the 2nd largest teachers union, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT).
There are a bunch of fantastic teachers out there whose only goal is to provide knowledge to our children and teach them to think for themselves. Unfortunately, we also see a trend towards indoctrination by both the state and individual teachers.
How can we trust public schools to teach instead of indoctrinating our children with liberal politics when it seems to be getting worse every year? This is a big reason we are losing generations of voters to the left, and potentially our country.
