Colorado’s new Secretary of State, who won a surprise victory over the most qualified Secretary of State in the nation (Wayne Williams) in 2018 is proving to just be a puppet of the usual far-left special interests.
Last week our new grossly under-qualified Secretary of State Jena Griswold called for a boycott of Alabama after that State passed a law that protects unborn children. Because liberals like Griswold can’t see past their own noses to realize the most basic responsibility of men and women is to protect children.
This raised a lot of eyebrows, considering the Secretary of State has traditionally been a non-partisan position. Of course, we at the Colorado Citizens Press covered how the Dems this legislative session passed some laws to make the Secretary of State’s office more of a partisan attack dog in our “Will Colorado be the Next Venezuela” article a few weeks ago.
Well, apparently there’s more to the story, and award winning Marshall Zelinger made the case (temporarily) for renewed faith in investigative journalism after Brian Maass pretty much destroyed it last week with his partisan smear of Republican Leader Patrick Neville.
Zelinger obtained correspondence between Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s office and Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood actually made EDITS, yes EDITS to Griswold’s press release on her boycott of Alabama.

It doesn’t matter what you think of Kyle, but he does consistently call politicians out on important issues when they have epic fails. He’s pretty fair…except when he’s not (he seems to have a crush on liberty loving straight shooting State Senator Vicki Marble)!
The left always makes the baseless claims that Republicans are puppets of groups like the NRA, without offering proof, and without considering that some of us realized the importance of the 2nd Amendment before we knew who the NRA was and what N-R-A is an acronym for. Well, guess what – the Dems were caught red-handed on this one.
We hope voters remember this and other indiscretions next election cycle or this recall election cycle. Elections matter!!
