Yesterday a potential threat to school safety in Colorado made headlines across the country. We want to highlight some of the despicable actions by Democrats that only enable serious school safety issues in the future.
We showed how Rep. Jovan Melton and other Democrats felt that it was more important to give taxpayer funds to the liberal Hollywood elite than to help protect our children.
Jovan Melton, twice charged with violence towards women, voted against it because he seems to believe, “school safety” is a conspiracy code-word for School Resource Officers (SRO) – and thinks SROs are a threat to students.
Today, we want to highlight another amendment Democrats defeated that would have helped protect our schools.
During the budget debate, Rep. Dave Williams of El Paso introduced an amendment to eliminate $4.7 Million in corporate handouts to Planned Parenthood and reroute that money towards school safety.
Democrats defeated this amendment on a 37-27 vote. Please feel free to look through the roll call to see how your representative voted.
So apparently being able to kill babies in the womb is more important than protecting children in schools. A repulsive political agenda at best.
Good strategy by the Democrats though. The corporate handout from the taxpayers goes to Planned Parenthood for “healthcare,” and then Planned Parenthood will just funnel money right back to the Democrat Party.
As we pointed out yesterday, by shutting down schools for threats, you show that terrorism works.
Canceling school tells future terrorists, “our children are not safe here.”
So what changes will protect our children? Well, a number of amendments offered by Republicans may have made a positive impact on school safety.
But instead, we’ll never know because Democrats feel it’s more important to give money to rich, liberal, Hollywood elites and baby-killing Planned Parenthood.
But they need their parts for food and their blood to drink and yet somehow citizens don’t revolt against them. Heck if that ain’t enough then nothing will be. Depopulation nation of disgusting people. A cult.
Yes, they show terrorism works because they are the terrorists. Duh.
So humiliated and pissed off to be a citizen of this state these days! These damn democrats have ruined it with their own agendas!
