Denver, CO – According to a USA Today Fact Check, the Obama administration severely depleted the federal stockpile of N95 masks and did not replenish it.
We rate this claim TRUE because it is supported by our research. There is no indication that the Obama administration took significant steps to replenish the supply of N95 masks in the Strategic National Stockpile after it was depleted from repeated crises. Calls for action came from experts at the time concerned for the country’s ability to respond to future serious pandemics. Such recommendations were, for whatever reason, not heeded.

Before the Trump Administration could even start providing N95 masks from the Strategic National Stockpile, it was 75% depleted by the Obama administration.
It’s hard to believe that USA Today fact-checkers were even willing to write that this was true. Generally, when you see something true that supports the right, it is labeled as “somewhat” or “partially” true. They will do anything to qualify facts that hurt the left’s narrative.
So, the next time someone blames President Donald Trump (like Jared Polis) point to this fact check on the Obama administration!

does any one remember when obama said that old people have a obligation to die for the greater good of younger people, in regard to SS and Medical attention? With this virus who is most susceptible , generally older people, so it is not too hard to begin to wonder, why obama depleted the supply, along range “Chance for America” ( one of obama’s plans), got to wonder, not enough masks to protect older people, from this virus, more older people die. Well it’s a good thing then that it’s wireless related with the associated reductions in the human immune system and natural defenses. The mask won’t save you, neither will the lysol or social distancing.
It might however be a good idea to switch back to wired with haste and stop feeding big cellular those extra dollars.

I let my n-95 masks age a full year before I wear them. I wear them for my occupation and it’s important to let the manufacturing glues offgass first. They’re only good when they’re expired.
