The legislative session ends today

No matter what happens, Democrats are Constitutionally obligated to end the session by midnight tonight.

Already this morning, Democrats passed student indoctrination and sanctuary state legislation severely limiting cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Also this morning, a massive energy regulation bill passed out of the House requiring Xcel to shift to 100% renewable energy by 2050. The legislation only needs final approval from the Senate and can be expected to pass.

With dozens of bills still pending though, it will likely be a long day for lawmakers at the State Capitol.

After mismanaging the calendar and leaving tons of legislation unfinished, lawmakers will spend much of their day killing the bills that ran out of time.

Fortunately for gun owners, in their rush to complete their gun-grabbing agenda, Democrats violated Colorado’s Constitution.

A newly filed lawsuit may soon render the already unconstitutional law void. If the lawsuit is won, Democrats will have to try passing a Red Flag law during the 2020 legislative session.

  1. Thieves in the night stealing the rights and votes from all the counties except for the densely populated few. This is an issue that has to be addressed and fixed as our country is about representation for all.
