President Donald Trump just became the first sitting United States President to step foot into North Korea. The historic meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un sets the stage for renewed peace talks.

The fact of the matter is, the Trump administration is making more progress towards a peaceful resolution than any administration before him — and the Democrats HATE it.

It was reported that during the meeting, both leaders expressed interest in extending invitations for further meetings in the U.S. and in Pyongyang, North Korea. How can this be a bad thing?

Oh, right, because it is happening under the Trump administration.

Now, please do not misunderstand us. North Korea has a long history of humanitarian abuses and totalitarianism. They are one of the most heinous and inhumane regimes in the modern world. But, if we can make progress towards peaceful stabilization, it’s something worth exploring.

Just look at what Presidential hopeful (emphasis on hopeful) Elizabeth Warren had to say on Twitter:

Elizabeth Warren throwing a hissy-fit over President Trump’s successful reopening of negotiations with North Korea

Warren’s nearsighted mudslinging (whining) proves just how out-of-touch with reality current Democrat Presidential challengers are today. Is she wrong that Kim Jong Un is a ruthless dictator? No, but that is the only accurate part of her tweet (we can fact check too).

What the President’s recent visit to North Korea accomplished, was a renewed opportunity for “principled diplomacy that promotes US security.”

Nuclear and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile tests have so-far stopped under President Trump’s leadership. Remember when that was all the liberal media could talk about? Well, that and the Mueller Report, which, surprise, turned up nothing incriminating on the President.

Not only was Trump’s visit to North Korea a historic moment in American diplomacy, but it was also a historic moment for the safety and security of the American people. Warren would do well to remember that.
